Applying for: GM position/SuperGM position/Coder/etc.

Age: Your age (I go as low as 12 years of age for a GM)

How many private servers have you been on:

Sex: Male/Female

Location/Timezone: Your time zone/Location

What makes you fit for the position of what you're applying for: Answer varies

Why should we hire you: Answer varies

What makes you different from others to be a GM: Answer varies

Available time in-game: How long you can get on

Experience: How many years/months/days of experience you have as a GM

Notes: Anything about you.

EXTRA~: Any extra info you might want to add

E-Mail: Add an e-mail address so we can contact you if you got the job

Accepted/Declined GM apps will appear on the DivineMS website
